The Silver Beach Education Association's mission is to promote quality education at Silver Beach Elementary School... and throughout the Bellingham School District through cooperation among parents, teachers, students, other parent-teacher organizations, and the general public.
The SBEA's members are every individual who subscribes to the organization's mission. There are no membership dues.
